There are perhaps 30 Quads on the station at one time, but only 10 of those are going to be active for your purposes. The rest are full of NPCs for you to use and abuse as you see fit. The top 10 ranked Quads are going to be where your soldiers are. A list will be posted giving the current status and enrollment list of each existing Quad.
