Personality Assessment: Extremely manipulative and controlling, with aggressive and violent tendencies. Is spontaneous, vengeful, and responds with precise and brutal retribution. Military and Tactical: Nathan excels at maneuvering, whether it's an army, a toon or himself. If he knew what to do with a group once he got them into position, we'd push for commander, but he needs more tempering as a soldier. His confinement at Charybdis seemed to focus him, and he has taken every unarmed combat class the IA offers. Academic: Far above average in everything but literature. He reads at a college level, but it's nothing compared to what he can do with his desk and two geometrical theorums.

Disciplinary History: No disciplinary problems prior to incident that sent him to Charybdis. He angered a bigger launchy when he first arrived, but the other student was never actually able to catch him. Nathan jumped and hooked his fingers into a doorframe and pulled himself up where the bigger boy couldn't get him. He stayed on this perch for 45 minutes until Cam came to fetch him. He beat his army commander Anjelice Iddantel and her toon leader Ariadne Ivemey unconscious without apparent provocation. Suspected romantic involvement with Iddantel was never confirmed.

Family Notes: Nathan's family was eager to part with him. They were under serious financial stress when we discovered him, and the sign-on bonus was enough to convince them the IF deserved their support.

Medical History: A small scar above his right eyebrow from a stone chip during a craft exercise in school. A long scar on his right hand from an altercation with an inmate at Charybdis under the influence of powerful amphetamines. He also has a tested resistance to sedatives and other similar chemicals. Physical Description: Tall, muscular, and extremely supple, very fair skin and whiteblonde feathery eyebrows and lashes. His hair is worn in short blonde spikes. Excels at personal maneuvering, earning him his original nickname, Angel, for his ability to fly in the battleroom.

Personality Assessment: Prior to his incarceration at Charybdis, Nathan was described as cool-headed and calm, adept at following orders. He has a logical mind, but can get too focused on immediate goals and lose sight of the big picture. Received extensive psychological evaluations during tenure at Charybdis Institute. Military and Tactical: Moderately developed strategic and tactical skills. An average student in this area, though he studies it as avidly as he does everything. He is starting to develop an interest in firearms with regards to design.

Academic: Extremely interested in engineering on all levels, mathematics and physics. Linguistics tend to suffer unless related to aforementioned subjects.

Disciplinary History: Fairly uneventful, with minor repremands for scuffles with peers as is typical.

Family Notes: Both parents and younger sister living Earthside. Child simply views his family as one of the billions to protect against the alien threat.

Physical Description: 6' tall, wiry build. Child has gray translucent hair and pink eyes. He carries a pink scar underneath his right eye, usually hidden by his hair.
His hands are extrordinarily well muscled and his fingers are long and deft.

Personality Assessment: Child will make a brilliant engineer when he decides on which discipline to dedicate himself. He is a fair fighter but would rather use his tools than his body to resolve conflict. His unceasing quest to understand why things work the way they do is his greatest asset but also his weakness. He will study something until he understands it. This applies to his fellow soldiers, and he appears to feel outcast because few enjoy his intense scrutiny.

Comments: Promote his engineering skills, but if possible introduce him to those who will break him out of his social cocoon.

Military and Tactical: Sylvan is certainly in no physical condition to become any type of hands on soldier, but his mind is quite sharp. It was due to his tactical genius that Eagle Army won as many battles as it did. His time in command school has shown an even greater effort to study and practice military tactics. His quick response time make him our prime candidate to become head of the IF Tactical division. He is presently working on his knowledge of new-age military technology to give him a head start in the simulations.

Academic: He has completed his general studies, scoring highest in Tactical Warfare and lowest in Battle Psychology. Sylvan is presently attempting to major in Tactics and is putting his entire will towards his goal. It may be in his best interest to also expand his mind in other regions that may help him in his overall outlook on IF command.

Disciplinary History: Soon after becoming Toon Leader in Eagle he began to throw battles to manipulate the standings. This gained him great popularity in the school, excluding his army, but it is the reason he never made commander. His first disciplinary matter in command school began as an argument with a teacher and ended with the teacher on the floor. His studies were suspended and he was confined to solitary for 3 days. Since then there has been a series of non-related incidents involving students. In all cases he has received solitary confinement. One other disciplinary action has been taken. Physical Description: Sylvan has a large chest and shoulders but lacks muscle. His personal training program now includes daily workouts so that he can reach his top performance. His face is slightly tan and he has light freckles spotting his nose and cheeks. His dirty blond hair is never neatly made and is longer in the front than in the back. Sylvan’s eyes are very small and sometimes mistaken for those of Chinese ethnicity.

Personality Assessment: Sylvan is truly a unique character in that he is not afraid to be himself but does not enjoy to be outgoing. His apparent sloppiness is of his own design and is considered, by him, to be his personal style. Rarely is he seen socializing and to our knowledge he has had no real friends since leaving the battle school. On rare occasions when he is alone for long periods of time he is able to work himself into fits. We believe this to be a result of some trauma that occurred landside but until now our agents have been unable to gather sufficient information. He is very independent and strong of will but we feel that if he were to have any kind of outside support his ability would increase.
